I’m a weirdo who likes to watch motivational videos sometimes. Here’s a great one, I love her!
New goal is to lose 15 pounds by December and enroll in a 5k marathon, it can be done.

Anonymous asked: How did you get so healthy? Like what do you eat and do on a daily basis?
When I started I was hardcore working out and eating right and have slacked a bit, so yeah wrong person to ask! hah.
I eat varieties of vegetables, fruit,beans, nuts, lean meat. The key is to eat small portions every about 3 hours, and have colorful plates. Eat a big breakfast, medium lunch, and small dinner. I try to excersice 2 hours a day. one in morning, and then at night. Find some fun way to excersice or you wont be motivated. Like I love running in nature, the gym can be boring. I usually do running, zumba, pilates, and weights/strength excersices. Its more of a healthy lifestyle that you want to keep for your life than a “diet”, oh and drink tonssss of water. I cut back on the juices and no sodas, water is heavenly cause it made my skin soft so much softer and had a better complection and softer hair. Just eat natural foods and drinks, you dont have to change drastically! Research is also key. Once you have a better understanding about diet and your body, itll help you stay focused. For example their’s three different types of bodies, and knowing which on you are can help pick the right diet and excersice regime! Thinking positive and once you reach a goal, you should reward yourself! I had so mny other things to say, but forgot. Hope this helps! (:
